Shipping and return policies for Lange

Shipping Info

Items will be shipped through UK Royal Mail within 4 working days.

To keep postage costs down we use standard postage options which will cover items to the value of £46. Parcels sent by this means cannot be tracked and there is no proof of delivery, though proof of postage is given.

If you wish to have your item posted with these additional services please contact us.

All items should be delivered with 5 days in the UK and 10 days for the rest of the world though please be aware delivery can sometimes take longer.

Return Policy

Want to return something? No problem, all we ask is that you make sure we know the order number your return relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or to change it for another size, colour or item.

If you wish to return an item please contact us first at shop [at] lange-music.com with your order number and whether you wish to return the item for a refund or replace it with a different size, or colour. You can only order a replacement of a similar item. The item must be returned in its original state and you must include your order number, name and address with the parcel.

Unless the item is damaged you will be responsible for all shipping costs and will need to obtain a proof of postage for the return. We are not liable for any items lost in transit. If the item is damaged when you receive it, we will refund or replace the item to you including the costs of postage once the item has been received and checked to confirm any damage. All items are checked for faults before being sent to you.

Refunds will be made within 4 working days after the item has been returned. Please allow this time plus time for delivery before contacting us with any queries.

We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don’t need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

If you are a customer outside of the UK, please note that it may take longer to receive your item, or for it to be returned to us.
